By booking an appointment with Skin Precision Medical, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a booking.
All appointments require a 50% deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance.
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the treatment fee being charged. Future bookings may require full pre-payment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
All medical treatments require a consultation prior to treatment. Treatment suitability will be determined by the practitioner.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical history information. Failure to do so may result in treatment refusal. In the event that a medical contraindication is identified at consultation, a rescheduled appointment will be offered.
Individual results vary. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.
Payments for treatments and packages are non-refundable once administered.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
